In 2016, a 12-year-old girl, ostensibly very nervous, auditioned for the TV program, Britain’s Got Talent.
She opted to sing the very difficult song Defying Gravity from the musical Wicked and my Goodness did she knock everyone’s socks off? Her powerful acting in both gestures and facial expressions was a lesson to all singers. She SOLD the song beautifully and I still well up when I watch it.
A truly golden performance!
